Warwick Emergency Services Alliance

Future tasks for the Alliance include:

•  Development and administration of a viable volunteer retention program.

 

•  Administration of a volunteer recognition program.

 

•  Administration of a fully integrated regional fire prevention program.

 

•  Provide for volunteer leadership training and development.

 

•  Develop and administer a coordinated regional fundraising program for member organizations

 

•  Development and administration of a long range plan for emergency services

 

•  Establish the Alliance as a liaison organization between local government and member organizations

 

•  Develop and administer a centralized Fire Incident Reporting System for the region.

 

•  Develop and administer a centralized billing system for Emergency Medical Services
